Description
A deeply savory stir-fry sauce built on organic white miso and sautéed crimini mushrooms, brightened with fresh ginger, lime juice, and rice vinegar. Finished with tamari and avocado oil for a smooth, umami-rich balance that pairs beautifully with vegetables, noodles, or seared proteins.
Easy Stir Fry Instructions:
1. PREP
- Chop protein & vegetables to uniform, bite-size.
- Cook rice (or use chilled leftover rice) and cool it.
2. SEAR PROTEIN
- Heat oil in wok/skillet over high heat.
- Add protein in a single layer, stir until browned & nearly cooked. Remove.
3. VEGGIES
- Add veggies of choice from firm to soft
- Firm Veggies first (e.g. broccoli, carrot), stir 1–2 min.
- Softer Veggies (e.g. mushrooms, snap peas), stir 1 min.
4. RICE & EGG ( IF USING )
- Push veggies aside; add beaten egg(s) to open space, scramble.
- Add cooled rice; break clumps and toss to mix.
5. FINISH & SERVE
- Return protein. Pour in 2oz - 4oz of sauce. Stir rapidly (1 min) until sauce thickens and coates everything.
- Garnish with scallion greens, sesame or cilantro as desired, and serve hot.
